What is Property Snagging?

Property Snagging involves a complete walk-through of the property, taking detailed notes on any issues or faults that are found, however minor. Your POA will inspect every room testing all doors, fitting, paintwork, grouting, and appliances.  We will take photographs and videos for your reference and send you a signed copy of the snag report before submission to the developer.  Follow-ups will also take place until the work is rectified.
